FullFilled Dance Camp 2012We are excited about our second ever dance camp this year, and can't wait to see the students that will be a part of what God has in store for us! We believe this is an awesome way to bring students together with the same passion for dance, allow them to grow in their giftings, and also dive deeper into the person of God and His Word. This camp is, of course, about dancing, but it's also about much more. It's about discovering who God is, connecting with peers, and learning to be part of a team. Here's all the information you should need about dance camp this year:

What to ExpectPartnering with The Oaks Fellowship and FullFilled Outreach Ministries this camp will be a two-week experience for students in the 3rd grade and up. We have trained dance instructors, as well as several volunteers, who will be working together to make sure your student has an amazing experience! Students will learn several types of dance, including modern, ballet, and hip-hop, and will be poured into spiritually, as well. This is a HUGE part of camp; each day, we'll begin with worship and prayer, and then end with small group time. There are a few things to know: • We will provide snacks, but we will not be providing lunch, so each student must bring a sack lunch each day. • This is an intense dance camp, so water is a must! Bring a refillable water bottle to keep hydrated. • The June 9 orientation and placement day is MANDATORY! We'll be placing dancers in appropriate groups, as well as handing out important information to parents. • There will also be a MANDATORY benefit performance on June 23. Details will be given on the day of orientation.
Cost & Fees• Deposit: $50 (pay deposit on or before May 21 to hold spot) • Registration: $150 Please make sure all camp costs have been paid by June 4. Before registration is complete, your minimum of the deposit must be paid! Remember to get your deposit in by the date mentioned above to hold your child’s spot. All deposits are non-refundable. Deposit amounts are as follows: • Individual: $50 • Group (3 or more): $125 (flat rate) To pay by check, make them payable to FullFilled Outreach Ministries, and mail them to 602 Ferris Ave. # 107 Waxahachie, TX, 75165. ScheduleCamp will begin June 9 with the mandatory Orientation and Placement day from 10:00am to 12:00pm.* Actual camp starts on June 11 and will last until June 22, Monday-Friday, from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Camp ends with a final benefit performance on June 23 which is mandatory for all students, and is a great way to show off everything the students have learned! A more detailed daily schedule will be given at Orientation and Placement.
Orientation and PlacementThis will be held at The Oaks Fellowship on June 9 in Red Oak, TX, and will be our opportunity to hand out important information relating to dance camp. This is also when we will evaluate each dancer and place them in appropriate groups. Remember that students should wear clothes appropriate to dance in on this day!
Benefit PerformanceThis is a mandatory event for each dancer, and will be a great time for everyone involved! Specifics for this event are not yet finalized, but will be posted here as soon as they are.
Dress CodeTops: A basic black/pink leotard and a relaxed fitted top are needed. NO low-cut tops or see though shirts allowed.
Pants: Yoga pants, sweats, Capri's, or relaxed shorts are needed. NO short or tight shorts, pants, jeans, or skirts will be allowed. Shoes: Any color ballet shoe, jazz shoe, or dance sneakers. NO flip-flops or open-toe shoes allowed, in order to prevent injury. Target, Wal-Mart, Pay-less, or any local dance store should carry these. Hair: Please have hair pulled back. Jewelry: Stud earrings only. No other jewelry will be allowed. Recital costumes will be discussed at the orientation on June 9.
